Training update #8: Preview
I'm cycling to Worthing this Saturday to visit my lovely friend Naomi and her husband Robin.
It's 75 miles away.
Good lord.
I am a bit terrified.
Please think good thoughts for me!
Will let you know on Sunday if I made it....
